😔 Why We Did This — The Reality
In Pakistan, 22.8M children are out of school — and many who are enrolled get ghost teaching. Our research across Punjab, Sindh, KP found:
- Teachers mark biometric at 8am, leave for private tuition — attendance is fraud
- Illegal fees: "trip funds", "exam charges", no receipts, no refunds
- 30% schools have no drinking water, 40% broken toilets, no electricity
- Corporal punishment & favoritism still rampant — complaints are silenced
- SEMIS/EMIS data exists but is paper-truth, not ground-truth
- Students who complain are identified and punished — so no one complains

❓ Questions Everyone Asks
Will my school or teacher know it was me?
No — never. Your complaint shows an anonymous handle like "Anonymous Student #184". Your name, class, roll no, email and IP are never shown to anyone, including admins. That is the core design, not a setting.
What if someone forces me to show my account?
Give your decoy password — the second password you set in your profile. It opens a clean, empty dashboard. You look compliant; your real complaints stay hidden.
Can a teacher be named in my complaint?
You can add the teacher's name — but publicly it shows as a pattern like "Math Teacher". The real name only surfaces after 100 independent confirmations or 10 separate days of reports. One report is noise, sustained patterns are proof.
Is it free? Do I need a phone number?
Completely free, forever. You only need an email for account recovery — it is never shown publicly. No phone number, no CNIC, no parent permission needed.
I have no internet at home. Can I still file?
Yes — the site works offline-first. Write your complaint without internet; it saves on your device and auto-files when you reconnect. WhatsApp, SMS and USSD filing are coming soon for villages too.
Can I report something at another school?
By default you file for your own school — that keeps reports credible. If you witnessed something elsewhere, update your profile school temporarily or leave it as a comment on a related complaint.
What happens after I file?
AI categorizes and verifies it instantly. Classmates confirm it with one tap — reaching escalation thresholds notifies NGO/Govt partners. You can track status publicly while staying anonymous.
Will anyone spam or troll my school?
Accounts are rate-limited, AI flags spam/abuse, and moderators review flagged content. False claims can be rejected — your voice matters because it is weighed, not shouted.
