📖 Methodology — how the data works
- Reports are filed anonymously by students and staff; identities are never stored with the complaint
- Teachers appear as role+subject patterns (e.g. "Math Teacher") until 100+ confirmations or 10 separate days of reports
- Statuses: under review → verified (1+ confirmations) → escalated (3+ confirmations) → resolved
- Severity is AI-assessed (1–5) from report text; vouch counts are unique accounts, not clicks
- Exports exclude anything that could identify a reporter
